Haringhata

From the Haringhata tourism center in South Barguna district, you can visit the fascinating natural forest and the sea. This walking spot of known and unknown trees and wildlife is a part of the Sundarbans. Boheshwars, poisons and pigeons that pass through the forest of Harynghata have mixed into the Bay of Bengal.

One can go to the river by a road through the green forest. You can roam around with boats as you can go deep into the water of the three rivers or go to the Sundarbans by crossing the Baleeshwara river. There is also the facility of organizing a picnic at Harynghata tourist center.

The bus fare from Dhaka Gbtali to Patharghata is 650 taka per person. If you want to go to Barguna or Barisalgami launch. From Barisal every hour, the bus leaves for the Patharghata. The Patharghata fare from Barisal is 180 taka. If you are traveling to Barguna by launch, you can easily go to Patharghata by renting a motorcycle from the launch at Kakchira Ghat. It takes 30 minutes by bike to Harin Ghata. Reservation is also available in Barguna city.
