Kuakata

Kuakata is best known for its panoramic sea beach. It is located at KalaparaUpazila, Patuakhali District which is approximately 320km south of Dhaka. This place offers full view of sunrise and sunset from the same white sandy beach of the Bay of Bengal. The whole atmosphere turns into a mesmerizing condition that sooths your heart to the very core.

In your honeymoon, you can enjoy the sandy beach, clear blue sky, and the ever green forest. The coconut trees and the bay water are just a treat for they eye. It’s worth every second you spend there.

There are two ways of going there. One is by road, another is water transportation. For road transportation, you can use bus which will take around 10 hours. From Gabtoli or Abdullahpur you can start your journey. If you want to use water transportation, you will have to reach Barisal by launch and from there you can take bus to Kuakata.
