There are seriously lack of open places in Dhaka for people to just gather and chit-chat with each other. With an exception, Robindro Shorobor is an open platform theater. Where as every alternative day, it would host some events but moreoever it is just a place where young people see each other and just have a good time with the eateries option around the place.
